Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of its confirmation. Contact us at +359893900698 to cancel your order.
• If you want to cancel your order but it's too late, choose one of the following options:
  • 1) Cancel your order upon receiving an address from a courier or at the office of the delivery company (it will be returned to us and your money will be refunded).
  • 2) After receiving the shipment, you can create a return form within 30 days from the delivery date and return the items back to us. See Return Policy here.
  • 3) If you have chosen the delivery option in a physical store, but do not want to pick up your package, contact us at +359893900698 to cancel your order.
